Active Ageing: Seniors Health & Fitness Program
Learn to stay active, strong and connected with our fitness short courses in Sydney!
Active Ageing: Seniors Health & Fitness Program is a welcoming, community-focused fitness program for people aged 50 and over who want to keep moving, feel confident in their bodies and enjoy exercising alongside others. More than just a fitness class, this program has become a valued weekly routine where participants build strength, support their health and form meaningful connections.
Sessions focus on gentle, effective movement designed to support everyday strength, balance and mobility. Classes combine low-impact cardiovascular exercise with resistance and balance training, all guided by an experienced tutor who encourages participants to work at their own pace. The emphasis is on feeling comfortable, capable and supported — not pushing beyond your limits.
Whether you’re returning to exercise, managing a health condition, or simply looking to maintain an active lifestyle, this program offers a safe, inclusive and encouraging environment where everyone is welcome.
Classes are offered both indoors at our Rozelle campus and outdoors at Camperdown Tennis Centre, allowing you to choose the setting that suits you best.

Cheryl said: I have completed this course for the first time but it's more a life style choice with great facilitator and company, than a course. Staying active as one matures is crucial and this is fun and very social. Highly recommended.
