Build strength, confidence, and understanding of your pelvic floor with our personal care courses in Sydney!

Your pelvic floor supports your bladder, bowel, core, and overall movement every single day—yet it's one of the most overlooked parts of the body. Whether you've had children, are approaching menopause, enjoy exercise, or simply want to look after your long-term health, understanding how your pelvic floor works can make a remarkable difference to your confidence and quality of life.

In this practical, evidence-based workshop, you'll learn how to strengthen and support your pelvic floor using simple techniques you can confidently apply at home. You'll discover that pelvic floor health is about far more than just doing Kegel exercises—it involves breathing, posture, movement, core control, and developing healthy habits that support your body throughout everyday life.

One of the unique features of this workshop is the opportunity to observe your own pelvic floor muscles using real-time ultrasound. This completely non-invasive and private technique allows you to actually see how your muscles are working, removing the guesswork and helping you learn how to exercise them more effectively.

Throughout the day, you'll explore practical strategies for improving pelvic floor function, reducing unnecessary strain during everyday activities, and building lifelong habits that support bladder, bowel, and core health. Whether you're experiencing symptoms such as bladder leakage or prolapse, recovering after childbirth, or simply wanting to be proactive about your wellbeing, you'll leave feeling better informed, more confident, and equipped with practical skills that can make a lasting difference.
