Kieran is a personal trainer, and a pilates and boxing coach, at a local Inner West gym. Kieran became a personal trainer to guide others on the transformative journey which he once undertook himself. Kieran had a sedentary lifestyle until he left school to pursue a plumbing apprenticeship, leading to a dramatic lifestyle shift. Instead of sitting for eight hours per day, Kieran found himself engaged in physical labour, digging trenches and constantly on the move. Over the course of two years, he shed over a fifth of his body weight. 

This transformation instilled a new-found confidence in Kieran, that he could conquer any challenge he set his mind to. He aspires to help people achieve the same determination and remarkable self-discovery that embracing an active lifestyle can bring. He strongly believes that it's not just about exercise; it's about discovering an entirely different side of yourself. Kieran is an enthusiastic, inclusive trainer and loves empowering students to be the best version of themselves they can be!
