Discover the foundations of calm and connection with our health & wellbeing short courses in Sydney!

If you’re curious about yoga but unsure where to begin, this free 90-minute workshop is a welcoming introduction to gentle Hatha Yoga — with a focus on movement, breath and deep rest.

Led by experienced yoga therapist and teacher Keri Hogarth, this slow-paced session is designed especially for over-50s and those with managed injuries or limited mobility. You’ll be guided through supported poses, calming breathwork, and an extended Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation that promotes deep physical and mental relaxation.

With a strong focus on accessibility and wellbeing, this workshop draws on tools from yoga therapy to help you feel more grounded, present and connected to your body.

If you enjoy this session, you may be interested in continuing your practice with our 5-week Gentle Yoga for Wellness Course, also led by Keri.
