- Fast Setting Resin – when to use it and why
- Health & Safety
- How to take care of your moulds and the many uses of it
- Prepping and mixing
- Tinting and embedding techniques
- Bezel
- Sand, polish, and finish
- Safety and care of your resin pieces
- Tips and tricks from our professional tutor
Session 1 - Intro to slow resin
You will choose one of the following to work on in class:
- Kit.1 Artboard 30cm + Cheeseboard + Jewellery Set
- Kit.2 Artboard 30cm + Cheeseboard + Trinket Dish
- Kit.3 Artboard 30cm + Coasters + Trinket Dish
- Kit.4 Artboard 30cm + Coasters + Jewellery Set
FYI: One kit selection is to be made at the checkout
Session 2 - Intro to Fast Resin
- Use mould to make fast-set resin piece
- Finish off pieces from the previous workshop

Who is this resin course for?
This course is for anyone who wants to learn about and work with the resin medium and the many possibilities it can be used.
This course is not suitable for pregnant people.

Course materials
Materials provided
All the necessary materials are provided, including:
- Slow setting resin
- Fast setting resin
- Pigments and moulds
- Artboard, cheeseboard and coasters
- P2 Respirator mask
- Handouts if applicable (digital)
The kit that you select at the checkout will be provided in class. valued at $150
What to bring to class
- You may prefer to bring your vapour mask, available from hardware stores. If you feel concerned about the exposure to the resin vapour, please discuss it with your GP before attending the workshop.
- An old ice cream bucket or something similar to transport your jewellery pieces safely (needed on day 2)
- Apron to protect your clothes
