Perfect for pasta lovers and adventurous home cooks alike, this workshop will guide you step-by-step through the process of making classic spinach and ricotta ravioli while introducing you to the techniques that make fresh pasta so rewarding to prepare at home.

Under the guidance of your tutor, you’ll learn how to mix and roll pasta dough, prepare a traditional filling, and shape and seal ravioli using classic techniques. Along the way, you’ll also explore ideas for alternative fillings, flavour combinations, and sauces to inspire future pasta nights at home.

To finish, your handmade ravioli will be served in a simple but elegant sage and butter sauce, topped with Parmigiano Reggiano — the perfect reward for your efforts.
