Who is this Handmade Pasta workshop for?
This workshop is ideal for beginners, home cooks, food lovers, and anyone interested in learning the art of fresh pasta making from scratch.
No prior pasta-making experience is required.
Course venue
2A Gordon Street, Rozelle NSW 2039 (corner of Gordon St & Victoria Rd on the grounds of St. Joseph's Church)
Accessibility: This class is held in an upstairs room with access via approximately 20 steps. The lift is currently out of service. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Course materials
Please bring to class:
- An apron
- A large container to take your creations home with you (approximately 31 × 21 × 5 cm). The tutor recommends using the Woolworths Armada Foil Trays with Lids.
Additional information
Please note the following:
- Wear closed-in shoes
- If you have long hair, tie it back
- Gluten flour and eggs will be used during the workshop
- Accessibility: Please note there is no level access to the room for this class. Access is via approximately 20 steps
