Course content

What will be covered in this fruit carving course:

  1. Basic carving techniques with a carving knife, including slicing, peeling and shaping;
  2. Carving realistic-looking flowers and leaves from fruit, using different cutting techniques;
  3. Creating fruit bouquets out of a variety of fruits and vegetables, such as cucumbers, apples, and melons.

You will gain knowledge and practice on each of these topics through hands-on activities and instructions. The course will provide you with the skills to create beautiful, intricate designs out of fruits and vegetables using safe carving techniques.
