Course description

Learn to draw and sketch with our drawing short courses in Sydney!

The human face is endless in its variation and possibilities. When we look at each other, we see ourselves. We look, connect and understand. Artists have created portraits of bliss, anguish, hatred, hostility and happiness by representing the human head and this practice has continued through the many historical artistic movements.

Whether you are drawing for the very first time or have some experience, this portraiture drawing course will help you develop your skill and technique.

There are three tutorial sessions and three sessions with a life model who will pose during this portraiture drawing course to give you the optimal learning experience.

So, whether you're a novice eager to embrace the beauty of portraiture or an experienced artist yearning to further refine your craft, this course promises an enriching and rewarding journey into the captivating world of human faces. Allow your skills to flourish and your understanding of human connection to deepen as you breathe life into your creations.

Once you have completed Portraiture Drawing Course with Life Models you might like to try our Perspective Drawing Workshop.
