Everything is made from scratch, including fragrant masala chai, flavour-packed chutneys, crispy stuffed puris, and classic street food favourites that are enjoyed throughout India.

During this Authentic Indian Street Food Workshop, you'll prepare:
- Masala Chai – traditional Indian spiced tea made from scratch
- Dahl Puri – crisp stuffed puris filled with seasoned lentils
- Vada Pav – Mumbai's famous potato dumpling slider
- Chole – classic North Indian chickpea curry
- Mango or Strawberry Lassi – refreshing yoghurt-based drink
