Bhavna is a passionate cook connecting cultures with food while serving real Indian feasts and stories. Her mission is to teach people that there is more to Indian food than Butter chicken and Rogan Josh. With her own company, Modern Desi Co, she is bringing her dreams to reality.

Bhavna teaches with enthusuiasm and expertise and her love for food is infused with storytelling and memories. Her lessons allow students to understand and appreciate where ingredients come from and how easy it is to whip up a six to seven-course Indian meal any day of the week.
