My teaching style –

I wrote this course because I wanted to educate people about choosing better food from the sea of endless choice. I found that a lot of my clients and customers often felt they did not know ‘where to start’ in changing their diets.

My course involves teaching people about better choices to make with their diet. I like to incorporate into the theory lots of discussions and questions along with plenty of actual examples of new foods to buy.

My notes are extensive and this enables students to use them as useful reference material after the course. The students are able to listen and jot side notes rather that write for the whole two hours.

I hope my students will gain a sounder understanding of which foods to buy, where to buy them and why.

Something unique or unusual that people might not know about me –

I was a tap dancer and loved it. I now do fire twirling as a hobby and also make beaded jewellery.
