In the first hour, you'll explore the world of pottery under the expert guidance of our seasoned instructors. Learn fundamental hand-building techniques as you create one dinner plate, one side dish, and one bowl. During the second hour, you'll spend time glazing your pieces, adding your personal touch with a variety of glazes, textures, and finishes.

The workshop offers a chance to unleash your artistic flair, with plenty of options to personalise your dinnerware. Whether you're aiming for a minimalist, rustic, or vibrant design, the possibilities are endless.

This pottery course is open to everyone, from complete beginners to those with some experience. Suitable for all ages 10 and above.

Please note: Parking is not permitted on Prentice Lane. Free all-day parking is available on surrounding streets near the studio.

Please bring to class

  • An apron or a towel

Additional information

Please note the following:

  • Please don’t wear your best clothing! Clay will wash out, but it’s better to wear some older clothes
  • If you have long hair, please tie it back
  • Wear closed-in shoes
  • Nails need to be trimmed
  • You will need to return a week after the last class to collect your pieces. You will be able to discuss this with your teacher
