You’ll learn how to introduce yourself, ask simple questions, and understand everyday spoken French, while steadily building your vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence.
Classes are interactive and welcoming, with plenty of guided practice in a supportive environment. You’ll gain a strong foundation in the language and the confidence to continue your French learning journey.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this Beginner French course, you should be able to:
- Introduce yourself and others using basic French structures
- Use the French alphabet to spell names and simple words
- Understand when to use formal and informal language (tu and vous)
- Greet people appropriately in a range of everyday contexts
- Ask and answer simple questions
- Give and request basic personal information
- Count from 0 to 100 and use numbers in context
- Participate in simple classroom conversations in French

Achievement recognition
Upon successful completion of the course with at least 80% attendance, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance, recognising your participation and commitment to learning French.
