Dance, Fun, Fitness for Children 8-11

DFFC.2_1

Your child can learn dance routines that support movement, memory, and mindfulness with our health and fitness short courses in Sydney!

Looking for a fun and inclusive dance class that welcomes all children—especially those who are neurodivergent or living with a disability? Our classes offers a supportive space where movement, memory, and joy go hand in hand. With no pressure to perform, kids can move to the music, build physical and cognitive skills, and simply enjoy the rhythm of learning.

Each session features easy-to-follow dance routines designed around principles of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)—short bursts of movement repeated in sequence. This gentle approach not only supports physical coordination and fitness, but also aids memory retention, focus, and cognitive development.

Join this class to foster confidence, creativity, and community through dance. Children of all abilities are welcome, and parents, carers, and grandparents can rest easy knowing their child is in a safe and accepting environment. The first class is free to try.
