Slow down, reconnect, and learn how to give a deeply relaxing full-body massage. In this beginner-friendly course, you’ll be guided through the essential techniques used to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support overall wellbeing.
Whether you’re completely new to massage or looking to build on basic skills, this course offers a practical and supportive introduction. You’ll learn how to use touch with confidence—developing an understanding of pressure, rhythm, and flow to create a calming and effective massage experience.
Led by an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist, classes are hands-on and taught in a small group environment, allowing for personalised guidance and plenty of practice. You’ll explore how to prepare for a massage, work safely and comfortably, and adapt your approach to suit different needs.
By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident giving a full-body relaxation massage—whether for partners, friends, family, or simply as a valuable life skill to support wellbeing.
