Build strength, confidence, and understanding of your pelvic floorwith our personal care courses in Sydney!
Pelvic floor health plays an essential role in everyday comfort, movement, and wellbeing—yet it’s something many people are never properly taught.
In this practical, day-long workshop, you’ll learn how to better understand, support, and strengthen your pelvic floor using clear, evidence-based techniques. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms or simply want to take a proactive approach to your health, this course offers practical tools you can begin using straight away.
You’ll be guided through a structured pelvic floor training routine designed to support strength, coordination, and long-term function. Using real-time ultrasound (a non-invasive and private technique), you’ll gain valuable insight into how your pelvic floor muscles are working—helping you move beyond guesswork and develop more effective habits.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore how the pelvic floor connects with breathing, posture, and core function, and how everyday movements can either support or place strain on this area. You’ll also learn simple strategies to reduce unnecessary pressure and maintain pelvic floor health over time.
This workshop is particularly relevant if you are experiencing, or would like to prevent, issues such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, or reduced core function—or if you simply want to better understand your body and build confidence in how it functions.
You’ll leave with practical techniques, greater awareness, and the knowledge to support your pelvic floor health in everyday life.
