Guided step-by-step by your tutor, you'll learn how to layer and ice a 6-inch vanilla butter cake, create a smooth naked-style buttercream finish, and prepare and control the signature caramel drip effect.
You'll then add the finishing touches with handmade white chocolate leaves, fresh flowers and sweets, learning how to arrange each element for a balanced and beautiful presentation. Along the way, you'll pick up practical tips for achieving a polished finish using simple tools and equipment you can use at home.
You'll leave with your own beautifully decorated cake boxed and ready to take home, along with practical techniques you can use for birthdays, celebrations and other special occasions.
All ingredients, decorating tools and a take-home cake box are included in the workshop fee.

Public transport is available from Victoria Road and Darling Street. We cannot guarantee that there will be parking available onsite due to the limited number of spaces. On weekdays, there are 11 onsite car spaces available for free parking. On weeknights and weekends, 15 onsite car spaces are available for free parking. There is also free council parking on the corner of Evans Street and Victoria Road. The surrounding street parking is limited as it is a residential area. Please be mindful of residents if parking on the surrounding streets.
