Throughout the course, you’ll revise and consolidate what you’ve learned so far while expanding your grammar, vocabulary and conversational skills. Using Cosmopolite 1 (A1), Dossier 4 as a guide, you’ll gain confidence expressing yourself in practical, real-world situations.

During the course, participants will be guided through key concepts, techniques and approaches that typically include:
Grammar and language structures:
- Pronominal verbs
- Verbs lire and écrire in the present tense
- Expressions of frequency
- The pronoun on
- Verbs pouvoir, devoir and vouloir in the present tense
- Verbs choisir and sortir in the present tense
- Formulating questions in different ways
- The imperative mood
Topics and communication skills:
- Telling the time and describing daily activities
- Work and workplace-related vocabulary
- Leisure, sport, culture and weekend plans
- Asking for information about cultural events
- Making and responding to invitations
- Discussing environmentally conscious living
