If you’ve been curious about meditation but aren’t sure where to begin, this gentle introductory workshop is the perfect place to start. In just one session, you’ll explore simple, practical techniques that help quiet the mind, release tension and bring a little more calm into your everyday life.

Across this relaxing, fully guided workshop, you’ll try a mix of breath awareness, mindful relaxation and easy visualisation practices. Everything is designed for complete beginners, with no pressure to “get it right”—just a chance to experience meditation in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Course materials

Please bring:

  • A yoga or exercise mat
  • A small cushion or folded towel for comfortable seating
  • A light blanket or wrap if you prefer extra warmth during relaxation
  • Water bottle

Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers seated meditation.
