This one-day course combines theory, practical application, and interactive engagement to cover the essentials of building a timber deck. Participants will leave with the confidence and skills to plan and construct their own decking projects safely and effectively. Laying Decking Boards

• Correct spacing and alignment for boards.

• Avoiding common mistakes like cupping and warping.
• Activity: Participants install decking boards on their frame section.

Finishing Touches

• Sanding and sealing for durability.
• Professional tips for a polished look.
• Activity: Participants apply a finish to their deck section.
