Fang has been teaching Mandarin to adult English speakers in Australia since 2001. She has a Postgraduate/Advanced Certificate in Education and Training from Hebei Normal University in China, as well as a Diploma of Interpreting from the Sydney Institute of Technology.

Since Fang arrived in Australia, at a time when she could not speak much English, she has become a NAATI-approved and qualified interpreter. 

Thanks to this deep understanding of adult learning principles, as well as her exceptional teaching skills, Zhao is able to meet the diverse needs of individuals.

Her lessons highlight how to use language appropriately in different situations. Having worked for a government department, as well as a university in China, she's fully aware of Chinese culture in business, academia, and everyday situations.
