About Matias Echaurren

Matías Novoa is a health coach and nutrition advisor with more than eight years of experience helping people improve their health, lose weight sustainably, and build long-term habits. His path into health coaching began after a turning point in his late 30s, when years of corporate work, chronic inflammation, digestive issues, and fatigue made him realise that “eating healthy” and “being healthy” were not the same thing.

After revamping his own nutrition and strength-training approach, Matías experienced a profound transformation — physically, mentally, and emotionally. These changes also had a remarkable impact on his family’s wellbeing, inspiring him to retrain professionally. He went on to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, earned a Certificate IV in Nutrition, and became a certified fitness coach.

Today, at 50, Matías is in the best health and physical condition of his life, enjoying the strength, energy, and mental clarity that allow him to fully engage with his children and family.

Over the past eight years, he has coached more than 4,000 people across 25 countries, guiding them toward better health, improved vitality, and sustainable weight loss through simple, real-world lifestyle strategies. Matías believes lasting change comes from education, empowerment, and habits that fit into everyday life.
