Julie is a university lecturer in health, nutrition, psychology, and health science, and has worked extensively in mental health and emergency health services. She has a rich background in clinical health advisory roles, wellness coaching, and adult education. Her qualifications include a Master of Health Law from the University of Sydney, postgraduate studies in Human Nutrition, and certification in clinical hypnosis and wellness coaching.
Through integrating this wide-ranging expertise with the practice of meditation, Julie helps individuals create healthier thought patterns and cultivate resilience, presence, and self-awareness.
