This early exposure to traditional Thai flavours and techniques has shaped her unique approach to teaching.

With experience ranging from working in diverse restaurants to guiding aspiring chefs in her cooking classes, Grace is particularly drawn to the communal aspect of cooking, emphasising the joy of creating delicious meals together with family and friends.
