Michael is a highly experienced digital product management and digital transformation professional. Michael has built up his experience in the product management space through being hands on and leading teams product and digital activity across some of Australia’s leading organisations including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Qantas, AMP and as a start-up mentor with the Stone & Chalk Fintech incubator.

Across these organisations, Michael has designed, delivered and managed products across the full product lifecycle enabled by modern application development strategies, human centred design tools and lean product practices. Michael’s experience covers both new product development and managing existing products. Within each of these areas Michael offers hands on skills to define the product vision and strategy, translate this into an actionable product roadmap, prioritise and ship to market successfully.

Michael is a strong believer in pursuing product management success through getting the balance right between understanding the customer, identifying enabling technology and achieving commercial outcomes.
