Richard is an experienced property developer and has completed projects in a number of states. He has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Like most developers, Richard started out small, completing a number of duplex developments, before working his way up to larger projects. These include the subdivision of battle-axe blocks behind existing dwellings, and the demolition of existing dwellings and strata subdivision followed by the construction of new dwellings.
